Barry B. Bondroff, CPA

Barry Bondroff has over 45 years of experience providing companies and industries of all sizes with practical and cost-effective accounting, assurance, tax, business, technology and financial advisory services. He has helped a variety of organizations achieve their goals through comprehensive risk assessment and by selecting cost-effective management controls. Barry specializes in accounting and auditing services, transportation, automobile dealerships, healthcare, management consulting and wholesaler distribution.

Barry is active internationally in professional accounting organizations and is often called upon to serve on conference panels and seminar faculties. He currently serves on the Executive Committee, Loan Committee, Audit Committee, and as a board member and chair of the Compensation Committee for First Mariner Bank. Barry serves as a member on the board of trustees at Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College) and was also appointed as a member of Medifast, Inc.’s  Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and board of directors as Lead Director.

In addition, Barry also serves on the board of Central Children’s Charities, Inc., Center of Advanced  Medical Research, and Educational Innovation and Scholarship. He is treasurer of the board for Special Olympics Maryland and also serves on the board of Cycle Across Maryland and Levendale Hebrew Geriatric Center & Hospital. Barry is president and treasurer of the board of Edward A. Meyerberg Northwest Senior Center.

In 2009, 2011 and 2012, Barry was named a SmartCPA by SmartCEO Magazine.
