Angela Dmitrieva, CPA, ABV, CVA
Angela Dmitrieva has over 15 years of public accounting experience and specializes in the planning and preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, consolidated corporations, fiduciaries and trusts. She works closely with privately owned businesses and their owners to execute effective tax strategies.
Angela has conducted business valuations for gift and estate tax purposes as well as for business sale, acquisitions and litigation support for various industries including medical practices, restaurants, family limited partnerships, real estate companies, manufacturers and professional services firms.
In 2007, Angela received her CPA certification. She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Angela graduated from Towson University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Angela currently serves as secretary of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) board of directors.
