He manages clients’ buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, succession planning, business valuations and high-level tax planning. He is also the key advisor of family business services.
Simpson’s areas of specialization are applicable across industry sectors and stem from multiple years as a partner. Some of his clients include those in the hotel, insurance, construction, not-for-profit, manufacturing and real estate industries.
In addition, Simpson is trustee for many of his clients’ businesses and estates and he has been named a top CPA by SmartCEO Magazine multiple times.
