Hillel Frankel, CPA

Hillel Frankel has over 20 years of public accounting experience. As a senior manager in Gorfine, Schiller & Gardyn’s tax department, he specializes in the planning and preparation of tax returns for individuals, s-corporations, and partnerships. Hillel also has experience providing compilations and reviewing financial statements.

He received his Bachelor of Theology degree from the Rabbinical College of Telshe. After taking accounting courses at Cleveland State University, he received his CPA certification in 1999.

Hillel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Currently, Hillel serves as Treasurer of Shomrim, a non-profit evening security patrol organization located in Baltimore. He formerly served as Treasurer of Talmudical Academy in Baltimore.
